Facilities

Our ranch has been designed with the sole purpose of breeding, foaling out and housing broodmares and foals. We are very small in scale which allows us quality time with each animal. We are set up to facilitate mares & foals during the breeding season, we then transition to training & conditioning sale horses.

• Wireless cameras for foaling in 4 stalls

• Large breeding area w/palpation chute and foal stock

• Small breeding lab

• Hot & cold water in barn

• Barn has lights on timers & misting system for summer months

• 45' Round Pen

• 100 x 200 4 rail arena

• Dirt track around arena to pony sale horses/yearlings

• Spacious turnouts w/12 x 24 covers and automatic waters

• Four turnouts are on lights/timers

Ranch/Breeding Manager

Rennie Everhart is our on-site ranch/breeding manager. Living on the ranch helps Rennie maintain a round the clock management of the ranch. He lives within feet of the turnout pens and can view the barn stalls from his office window. We are thrilled to have Rennie join our team. He comes with a tremendous knowledge and passion for the horses in his care. Rennie graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Social Studies & Humanities. Rennie has managed top equine facilities throughout the United States and has trained many AQHA & APHA World Champions. Rennie oversees many procedures at the ranch, including:

• Breeding manager responsible for all the broodmare & foal care including but not limited to, palpation, ultrasound, uterine treatments, hormone therapy (oral, IV and intramuscular), and artificial insemination.

• Responsible for foaling out all broodmares

• Treats & oversees all neonatal foal care including naval treatments, vaccinations, administering antibiotics & plasma

• Handles all foals from birth to weaning, including halter breaking

• Manages and handles stallions for breeding/collection and shipping

• Handles all routine worming/vaccination and year round health care for mares & foals

• Provides immediate treatment of any wound/injury till the on-call vet arrives

• Transports mares, foals, show & sale stock

• Provides handling of sale horses at select sales
